when I create a new project and cloud storage, it can’t link with my billing account. the meesage I got is limit exceeded whereas I only created lab challenge as a second project as per instructions. Any thoughts ?

Can’t enable billinng account with new project created for GCE challenge lab
I am facing the same problem. Seems that Google has changed the billing quotas
I have the same issue when I created the project from command line
When I created the project via the cli, I didn’t notice the billing issue until I tried to create the storage bucket. Had to check in the GUI Console under the Storage section and click through the enable billing button to seclect an account to use.
