Can i pause my membership? secondly Personal Basic plan, $348 USD* billed annually, next billing date July 26, 2021, why?

i like to pause as i have some other commitments inlined. else if i downgrde than i dont want you charge yearly, how can u only charge me for monthly only and are there any discounts you can extend.
