I’m trying to understand the Billing Account Administrator role and the full extent of its permissions. I’m currently looking at consumerprocurement.*. It looks like this is related to the Partner Sales Console, but the documentation doesn’t really explain the use case well.

Partner Sales Console is the new name for the Channel Services console
The Partner Sales Console is designed for resellers of Google Cloud products. Use the console to add customers, manage accounts, create orders, and other key tasks for reselling.
