I am in lab "Set Up Non-Admin User Access (Lab)" and I am unable to see the "My Trial Billing Account" that I added my user to. Seems somehow i did not grant the user I created proper permissions.

Did you create the non-admin user? If you created that guy, you need to grant it the "Billing Account User" role and then, try again.
Ended up just needing to refresh and give it more time.
