backend-sa not showing in “Target service account” dropdown

Everything in the lab is going fine and very similar to the instructors sample, but when I go to create my allow-frontend-to-backend-fwr, my backend-sa account is not in the drop-down.  I’ve verified the VMs in the backend are using that account.  Any ideas why it is not showing up?
