Hi, I have set up my free trial, but I have a 3 month free trail, not 12 months, have I done something wrong?

Same for me! "Free trial status: you have 257.09 euros of credit left and 91 days If you purchase the full account, you will get unlimited access to all Google Cloud Platform features."

That’s normal. Recently there has been a change in free tier account policy from GCP. I don’t since when it happened, but per the official documentation og GCP, free trial duration is limited to 90 days only.
