Hmm 🤔. Either we need to enable ACLs at the time of bucket creation or we need to click object actions -> select Share with a presigned URL and additional feature with this option we can specify the validity of the presigned URL’s validity.

I found the same issue. It looks like in AWS you have to9 go to the Bucket Permissions tab then go down to "Object Ownership." From there click on the Edit and choose the option for "ACLs Enabled." This will then allow you to click on the object you want to make public using the Actions button
