Question: You may use an Amazon RDS read replica for disaster recovery purposes in a different AWS Region from the source DB instance.

In the course has been pointed several times that read replicas are for performance, Multi-AZ for recovery. Then this question is reported as true. Doesn’t really help.

Is that correct?
