It appears that Amazon’s KMS now allows for quota increases as per https://docs.aws.amazon.com/kms/latest/developerguide/increase-quota.html. Is this correct, and are there certain subtleties with the quota increases not documented on the linked resource?

Yes Noah, quota increase was added over a year ago. The course is outdated
