During the lecture i was doing the exercise and make a public option is not available It’s "Make Public via ACL" and it’s DISABLED!!! so what should we do now ?

Create a bucket with "ACLs enabled".
Or, you can edit your bucket: Go to Permissions > Object Ownership > Enable ACLs.
