Is Enhanced Networking (ENA or VF) still available ? I can’t find the option to create such interface in AWS console. Also Where can I find OS-Bypass option for EFA ?

Yes it is. Reference: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/enhanced-networking.html
I have never used it but my guess is that your instance may not support it and that’s why it wasn’t available.
