How do I keep both Incognito tabs open — for cloud_user and dev1? Seems like I just cant have windows open for two users on the same account.

Yeah, You can’t open two different accounts in two incognito tabs of your browser. However, you can open one account in regular tab & the other account in incognito tab of your browser or You can use two different web browsers(Google chrome, IE) .
