I cannot delete my EC2 Security Group WebDMZ because it is associated with my default Security Group. Is there a way that I can still delete the WebDMZ security group?

A security group must be disassociated before it can be deleted. You can create a duplicate SG and use it as the EC2 SG, then you can delete the other SG.
