Global table replication Gurantee

How to get a confirmation of the record replication on replica table in other region when using DynamoDB Global tables. If I have a scenario where I can event out the data to my customer only after the replication the data in my hot stand by region , how to get a confirmation of replication on my secondary region while using the Global tables
