In the content of the’seventh check-in’ part, The minimum number of’instance’ is 20， After’seventh check-in’, the number becomes 10 , Can the number of’instance’ be reduced to a value less than the minimum number?

The minimum is actually 10, the first check-in doesn’t actually start at the minimum, rather it was running at 20 instances in a stable state. By the time period 7 is reached it will scale down to the minimum of 10. The AWS documentation states that it will not scale down below the minimum.
