Cloud Formation Template Not Working

Seems like there has been updates to the supported sets as per the listing here : https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/resource-import-supported-resources.html?icmpid=docs_cfn_console

These do not have the components that are listed on the template. 

To be clear – I did try to run this in Oregon Region.
