3 years back I purchased AWS Solution Architect Course by Ryan Kroonenburg on Udemy. My question is – is the course on acloudguru for AWS SAA-C02 the latest and greatest or the Udemy one is still good.

I do not think so. You can compare two courses hosted on cloudguru: AWS Certified Architect Solution – Associate from 2020 and AWS Certified Architect Solution – Associate from 2021. There is an important upgrade of content in the course which is a result of changes in exams requirements. So you have to check whether udemy course has been updated in recent years.
