Hey Rajesh,
WhizLabs wrote a great blog on the Azure certification paths. I think you should consider #12 Azure DevOps Engineer Expert from that list. Your next stop would be either Azure Administrator or Azure Developer depending on your background and preference.
Thank you Justin. I am not a developer and so I will aim for Azure Admin as Azure developer most probably need developer background
