Can we rename the existing Virtual network ? If so steps pls..

Unfortunately you cannot rename a virtual network after it has been created as it forms part of the resource name, that identifies it.

Generally speaking, none of Azure resource of any type that can be renamed! As Hoggett has already pointed out, the name of resource itself is part of resource ID in Azure, and resource ID is immutable.
