No access to lab – deploying VM

When I click on link to start the lab in the course (Incognito) I get the following error message:

Status Code: 403

This problem occurs when clicking the link in the Lab (under the Creds).  portal.azure.com worked fine with the login creds.

Yes, you will need to use the link in the credential box we provide.
