I don’t see a Free Trial option under Subscriptions while creating a new Storage account

I am not sure I understand your question. A free account for Azure is set up when you create the account, not when creating a service. When you create a free account you get a certain amount of included USD credit, which you can use to create services. Once those credits run out, you can choose to continue on a paid subscription.
