Azure Powershell in cloud shell, cannot create storage account
Storage creation failed

Hi Junwei,
This could be due to the region you have selected. Only certain regions are valid for Azure Sandbox.
Can you try with region East US and confirm whether that works or not?

I saw the same issue in the lab – Accessing and Using the Azure Cloud Shell; (If you don’t select advanced options)
Make sure you select advanced and choose a US region for the new storage account to be created in
