I can’t use the cloud shell. I receive a notification saying I don’t have an azure subscription. When trying to create a subscription with the provided account , it says I cant log in

You need to change the location of the new storage account. Change it to somewhere in the US. I had Europe, changed it to West US and it works for me. I hope this helps.

strange, are you using CloudGuru’s sandbox ? or some CloudGuru’s LAB as part of this course? or you trying to connect from your laptop Terminal?
