I’d love for someone to weigh in as it’s been a while since I did the cert exam, but you won’t need to know the Azure Pricing Calculator or the TCO calculator in great depth, nor will you need to apply to any scenarios and calculate costs. 

You just need to know what the pricing calculators are, what they do – the difference between the Azure Pricing calculator vs the TCO calculator, and when you would use them. 

Also know that Azure SLA credits are applied to your Azure bill for the month when SLAs by Azure are missed, and are calculated as a percentage of the bill, with that percentage applied depending on what threshold was missed.
