It was not clear form the difference between scalability and elasticity. Is there other resource I can dig in on it ?

A distinction between scalability and elasticity is that elasticity is done "automatically" . While Elasticsity refers to The ability to "automatically" or dynamically increase or decrease resources as needed, where as Scalability refers the ability to increase or decrease resources for any given workload manually.
Scaling and Elasticity go hand in hand. You can scale horizontally (more/less instances) and you can scale vertically (bigger/smaller instances. Elasticity is the ability for scaling to grow and shrink automatically with demand (or lack of it). Vertical scales are manual operations.
