If I want to stop my team mate from creating VM in the resource group, should i use lock or apply azure policy?

Hi Khushboo,
If you want to limit the creation in a specific resource group, you could use a lock, but also a policy. If you are after limiting the creation of certain types or all VMs in all resources groups, you would use a policy in Azure.
