I am having trouble finding more information (and the diagram) of Software VPN in the AWS documentation. Is it possible Software VPN changed names?

Software VPN isn’t a service provided by AWS. It involves using 3rd party software (like openVPN) to create a VPN tunnel into your AWS environment without using AWS services.
