I watched the video on the license and have some doubts. Using a VPN is better for the Transit network concept than using peering?

Hi Fernando,
Not quite sure what you are referring to here but peering and transit VPCs are just different ways of architecting your VPC networks. One is not really better than the other, it’s more situational as to which is better. Transit VPCs are genreally used as a consolidation point. If you had 10 VPCs, peering all 10 to each other would be lots of management. Instead, you could use a Transit VPC in a hub and spoke type configuration.
