Trying to perform chapter 3.13 cross region replication and facing "Access Denied". I am using aws management console and logged in as "cloud_user" who access admin rights.

It seems that the cloud_user account in the Sandbox environment is locked down to only allow bucket creation in US-EAST-1. At least when I tried to create buckets in EU-WEST-1 or US-EAST-2, it was AccessDenied. Not sure if this is by design or by omission, but I’ll ask about it.
