I am not able to access QuickSight using the AWS Cloud Playground account. I am getting This IAM user doesn’t have the right permissions to sign up for QuickSight. Any suggestions?

For the few items outside of what can be done in the Cloud Playground, we recommend an AWS Free Tier account.

I think the whole point of sandboxes is to avoid this multi account setup which is not suitable. Is there no way we can get quicksights going in the sandbox ?
I have the same problem. Also I cannot access SageMaker.
