Can someone let me know what traffic route has to be added specifically to let the public access webpage hosted on EC2 instead of allowing all traffic?

Not exactly sure what you’re asking, but for SG, you’d need to allow inbound port 80 (HTTP) and for outbound, the ephemeral ports. Same for the NACL depending on how and what you changed there.
