I have basic membership. But I am not able to start the lab. Bit frustrating

I have basic membership. But I am not able to start the lab. Bit frustrating. I always get message which says ‘There was an error starting this lab’

Hi Sasikumar,

With a basic membership, you should have access to labs.  It might be a temporary outage or another problem.  I would suggest reaching out to Customer Support @ https://help.acloud.guru/
