How does 192.168.7.7 match 192.168.0.0/24? Since the first 7 (in 192.168.7.7) on the IP address does not equal the first 0 in address range (of 192.168.0.0/24)? Or am I seeing it incorrectly in the video on Routing?

192.168.0.0/24 is 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.254 (excluding broadcast). So 192.168.7.7 dont match that IP-range.
192.168.0.0/21 would include 192.168.7.7.

if you look at the slide at time 02:30 you will see the correct address. There is a slide glitch at 02:35.
