Disaster Recovery Whitepaper Access Denied

One of the quiz questions references the AWS Disaster Recovery whitepaper. I receive an Access Denied error when visiting the link. I looked at the AWS Disaster Recovery page and it contains a link to a CloudEndure whitepaper.
