Demo: Zero Downtime Deployments

Try to follow the demo and deploy the insults-v1 app.    

The screen layout seem to be differences:

1. When creating the ElasticBeanStalk, the demo shows create the env.  However, in the playground (maybe AWS is using a new interface now), it does not show "create env" instead it show "Create Apps"

2. deploying the v1.zip leads to error
