Does the AWS Whitepaper which are marked ARCHIVED still valid applicable to the current versions of the AWS SERVICES?

I’m assuming you’re talking about the Backup and Recovery whitepaper? Looks like that is an older version. The new version is here: https://d0.awsstatic.com/whitepapers/Backup_and_Recovery_Approaches_Using_AWS.pdf
Same release date but maybe some revisions. We’ll get the URL updated.

Use the URL Scott provided but add the "underscore" character to the file name as described below:
