Why are certs for the HSM lecture not uploaded to the EC2 instance using SCP?

From the documentation, https://docs.aws.amazon.com/organizations/latest/userguide/orgs_manage_policies_about-scps.html , it looks like SCP’s are used to enable and manage inheritance of permissions between OU’s. There was no permissions required, apart from the security group applied to the EC2 instance.
I am no expert though, so if I’m wrong, please let me know!

Paul is talking about the Linux command scp or Windows utility WinSCP.
I also wander about that, much faster using scp or WinSCP…
