I have added the AmazonS3FullAcess policy to the group to which the user belongs. When I try to follow the instructions to make the S3 object public getting an Access Denied Error.

Hi Shilpa,
There are now new permissions options you need to set before a file in S3 can be made public. Have a look at this video, Ryan covers the new permissions at about 4:00 in.
