Now under Advanced Options there is a box for Multi-Region Key. Allow this key to be replicated into other Regions. Not sure when this feature was released so curious on how the exam will now handle this question

Multi-region keys were added to the documentation on June 8 2021.
IIRC the rule of thumb is it would not make it onto an exam for at least a year or 18 months.
So, if there is the question ask you if you can copy key across regions in the exam, what you answer you should provide?
