I didn’t know this answer until I saw your question and tested for myself. Keys are, but values are not. AWS Will not let you move on until the Keys’ cases are correct and the json is valid. I recommend opening an AWS account and experimenting. Cheers and best of luck

Hi there, it looks like some slides are outdated. CHAPTER 3.3 IAM Policies 101 if you go to 8.25, when creating a user a page with tags should appear. This is not shown in the video, so I would assume this video is from 2018 or even older…
