In the "IAM Credential Report" lecture, a user called "cr_user" is created specifically to generate and download an IAM Credential Report via cli. However when the report is created there is no "cr_user" listed. Is there a reason for this? Does it take a while for the report to reflect reality? Is the report cached (and in the demo it was already generated before the cr_user creation)? How do you get a current accurate list of all users?
