I didnt get the reason behind the last bullet on this slide “Ciphertext are not portable between CMKs”.

I am the user and for any reason (which is highly unlikely) I uploaded two identical CMKs. In that case I should be able to port encrypted data between them. When I check mark the box you mentioned in the previous slide(s); basically for this reason (me thinks) that AWS has transferred the responsibility on the user.
