In KMS Part 1 course at 14:05, I followed the guide (block the bucket access off, confirm, KMS setting, etc) but my ‘make public’ (actions) is not available. Any advice for this?

I cannot make bucket public
Hi!, I had the same error message but when I checked again the bucket access it was public (especifically says "Objects can be public"). Once done that I made the object public and could see it with the Open option, since this option use the IAM user access to open it instead of being a anonymous request which happens when you click on the URL directly. Hopes this helps!
