How would we deal with the questions which have out-of-date “correct” answers.

For example, KMS is now FIPS-140-2 compliant, but it wasn’t back to when the questions were created. Also, in my SAA test, there was one about  "can you change an instance profile for a running instance". I knew that the answer is you can, but it was a recent change. I think I ended up losing marks on that one.
