CloudHSM and the AWS Sandbox

While most AWS practice can be done in the AWS Sandbox, there are a few services like CloudHSM that are problematic in a shared student environment. For the few services outside of what can be done in the AWS Sandbox, we recommend the use of an AWS free tier account.
