AWSCloudTrail_FullAccess is only 2 months old, why was it replaced with one with a new name?

I noticed in the course and all AWS documentation the CloudTrail policy for full access is AWSCloudTrailFullAccess, however that policy is gone and replaced with AWSCloudTrail_FullAccess (notice the underscore). The versioning says this was only created in October. Why was this done? What effect does it have on existing configuration if the old name was being used?
