In Microsoft Azure, the Security Centre tool helps to check your infrastructure against industry standards such as PCI and ISO. Does AWS have such a tool ? I have seen AWS Artifact but this is a report tool to advise what the requirements are.

There is a new AWS service called Security Hub, it is the closest to the Azure Security center in that sense, the last time I used it on, it only checks based on CIS.
Like GuardDuty, the first month is free and you have an estimate of how much it will cost according to the use in the month. You can see more about in the following link: https://aws.amazon.com/security-hub/
AWS Security Hub supports/automates the CIS Benchmarks checks. These are comprehensive sets of industry standard controls.
Best of my knowledge Azure does not have anything this comprehensive
