AmazonEC2RoleforSSM policy should not be used anymore

Hi everyone,

FYI, AWS will deprecate the managed policy AmazonEC2RoleforSSM soon.
For a good reason: https://cloudonaut.io/aws-ssm-is-a-trojan-horse-fix-it-now/

Instead, AmazonSSMManagedInstanceCore (+ additional optional managed policies and custom policies) should be used.
