I need to know, if I understand well the PaaS concept. Do you have more information about it?
For example, Is WordPress a PaaS model? Or is a SaaS?

Understanding PaaS
If you mean wordpress.com, where they are supplying the hosting, and the platform, I would consider this as PAAS. If you mean WordPress as in you putting the CMS on for example your EC2 instance then this would be IAAS.
