Region as a pricing factor for S3 is missing

Hey great course so far, this is the very first thing i noticed during the whole course
nothing big but there is one small thing missing for the S3 Pricing in Chapter 5.2 because the price is also based on the Region, so in Frankfurt it costs more than in the N. Virginia Region
